Quiet courage. Real change.
Misneach exists to make mindfulness and meditation genuinely usable, not a retreat from real life, but a practice built for it. Real steadiness, real focus, real calm under pressure, built through consistent practice, not a single session. These are the skills and tools that build it, for individuals, workplaces, and sports teams alike.
Misneach
One word, so much meaning.
Misneach is the Irish word for courage, though that's only part of it. It also carries spirit, morale, fortitude: the resolve to keep going, quietly, especially when no one's watching. That's the courage this is really about, not the loud kind, but the kind it takes to pause, notice, and be present with your own life.
It's a word chosen on purpose. Building a real practice doesn't take talent, or the right circumstances, it takes showing up, especially on the days it would be easier not to.
That's what this programme is built around: not becoming someone new, but coming home to attention, breath, and stillness - skills you already have the capacity for.
Meet Graham.
I'm Graham Glynn. Before this, I spent fifteen years leading teams through the pressure of major global sporting events. Somewhere in the middle of it, mindfulness stopped being something I studied on the side and became the thing that changed how I lead — and ultimately, why I do this work at all.
Mindfulness & Meditation, for real people, living real lives.
A six-session programme to help you build a genuine, lasting practice, taught live to groups limited to 12 people, from Dubai to wherever you are in the world.
This isn't a wellness trend or a single guided meditation app. It is a live space to build something real, within a small group. A place to actually ask the questions you’ve been sitting on, surrounded by others looking to figure out exactly the same thing you are.
Corporate Programmes.
Mindfulness and meditation training, brought directly into your workplace, secular, evidence based and built around how your team actually works.
I work with companies directly to tailor the format: shorter sessions across a busy quarter, a condensed version for a specific initiative, or the full programme run entirely in-house, on your schedule.
Grounded in the same experience I brought to leading employee wellbeing at the European Tour Group, practical enough to fit inside a real working week, not just offsite.
For clubs and teams.
Head. Heart. Game.
Alongside the personal programme, I run Head. Heart. Game, a season-long mental performance programme built specifically for sports clubs, delivered across a full 9 month season for every age group, from Under 7s to Seniors.
Five core skills, one season: motivation, confidence, focus, resilience, and managing pressure, for players, coaches, and parents alike.
What people are saying.
“What stood out during our time at the DP World Tour was not just Graham’s knowledge, but his genuine commitment to the people in the room. He has a natural ability to make people feel seen and supported."
Tom Phillips, CEO, Ladies European Tour
"He is a person who understands people, well-being, sport and the context in the United Arab Emirates."
Dr. Andrew Murray, Chief Medical & Scientific Officer, European Tour Group
