About me.

Graham Glynn

I'm Graham Glynn — I created Misneach Mindfulness & Meditation, and Misneach: Head. Heart. Game.

For fifteen years, I worked in senior sports leadership, organising some of the biggest events in global sport, including the DP World Tour Championship, the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, and the Ryder Cup. It was a career built on managing pressure — other people's, and eventually, my own.

Somewhere in the middle of it, I started my first mindfulness course. What began as a way to cope with the job became something much bigger: a decade-long personal practice, and eventually, a new direction entirely. In July 2026, I spent a month living as an ordained Buddhist monk in Thailand, training under senior mentor monks. It was the deepest period of study I've had, and it deepened everything I'd already spent a decade building.

Why I built Misneach

I didn't come to this work by accident. I came to it because I needed it first. Leading large teams for some of the biggest events in global sport means working under relentless pressure, tight timelines, demanding stakeholders and all in a very public forum, but nobody really teaches you what to do with that pressure once it lands on you. I saw that gap for years, in myself and in the people I led. Misneach is my attempt to close it: not abstract wellness advice, but a practical, honest way to build real mental steadiness, for the people who've never had the language or the tools to do it before. If any of it helps someone find that a little sooner than I did, that's the whole point.

Let’s talk.

If any of this resonates, I'd love to hear from you — whether that's joining the next Mindfulness and Meditation programme, or just a conversation to see if it's the right fit.

It comes from ten-plus years of my own mindfulness and meditation practice, built gradually alongside a demanding career, not instead of one.

It comes from a month of monastic training in Thailand, studying under senior mentor monks, with daily teaching and over 150 hours of guided meditation.

And it comes from fifteen years leading teams across major global sporting events — including the DP World Tour Championship, the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship, and the Ryder Cup — and leading the employee wellbeing programme at the European Tour Group, building mental health support for teams working across some of the world's most demanding sporting environments.

Where it comes from.

Other Misneach Programmes.

Alongside the personal course, Misneach also works directly with organisations.

Corporate Programmes - mindfulness and meditation training brought into the workplace, tailored to your team's schedule and workload rather than delivered as a one-size-fits-all course.

Head. Heart. Game - a season-long mental performance programme for football clubs, built for players, coaches, and parents alike, from Under 7s through to Senior squads.
